Our Philosophy

• Individual First : Even in a group, learning takes place at an individual level. So, that's what needs to be worked upon first - the Individual.
• 'Talk' Only After The 'Walk': Genuine inputs come from real life experience. So, we teach what we have applied.
• Design For All : We believe creativity is inherent in every individual. Design being an expression of creativity is therefore meant for all.
• 'Learning' Above 'Lesson': Learning stays forever, lessons might be lost. It's important to develop love for learning through the lessons taught.
